Hi, I'm Jessie! I'm the founder of JW Fitness, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher based in Nashville, TN.

For the past 9 years, I've been helping women build strength, move with confidence, and create healthier, more sustainable lifestyles. Whether you're new to the gym or looking to take your training to the next level, my goal is to make fitness feel approachable, empowering, and enjoyable.
